Payments and account verification at NetBet

NetBet offers three main categories of payment methods: credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), e-wallets and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is 10 €. NetBet does not charge fees for deposits itself, however fees may be charged by your bank or credit card issuer.

The available currency is euro (EUR). Payment methods are available in German and securely encrypted.

A basic deposit limit of 1.000 € per calendar month applies under German gambling law. This is independent of the payment method you choose.

E-wallet deposits do not qualify for deposit bonuses, welcome offers or other reward codes. A bonus cannot be activated if another bonus is already active.

Withdrawals are processed within the next working day after your request. NetBet uses the same payment method for withdrawals that was used for deposits. This is done for security and compliance reasons. It is at the discretion of NetBet to approve withdrawal requests to a different account.

To receive winnings via e-wallet, at least one deposit must have been made using this payment method beforehand. While NetBet validates a withdrawal request, you can cancel the request at any time in the 'Pending Withdrawals' section in 'My Account'.

For expired credit cards, NetBet will not process payments from the 20. of the expiry month onwards to avoid incomplete transactions.

All NetBet accounts must be fully verified before withdrawals are possible. The verification process is part of NetBet's 'Know Your Client' (KYC) procedure to prevent money laundering. Upon registration and until full verification is complete, a temporary play account may be offered.

With a temporary gaming account, you can deposit up to 72 hours after registration up to 100 € and participate in the offer. Withdrawal before complete verification is not possible. If verification is not completed within 72 hours, the temporary account will be restricted or blocked.

When you create an account and at every login, your data is checked against the nationwide German OASIS exclusion database. This ensures that excluded players cannot gain access. After five failed login attempts, the account is temporarily locked for security reasons and you must submit a copy of an official photo ID.

Enhanced verification is performed when your total withdrawals exceed your total deposits. In this case, additional documents such as bank statements are requested. You will receive a unique verification code by post to confirm your address.

Enhanced verification is also triggered by: lifetime deposits over 1.000 €, individual wagers from 1.000 €, withdrawal requests over 1.000 € or multiple withdrawals with a total amount over 2.000 €. NetBet may conduct enhanced checks at lower amounts.

Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities. The limits selected by the player are transmitted to the cross-border gambling assessment system LUGAS to meet GlüStV 2021 requirements.

NetBet does not publish a complete list of accepted payment methods, withdrawal fees, daily or weekly withdrawal limits, or per-method limits. You should request this information from NetBet before making a deposit.

Withdrawal speed may vary depending on the payment method and your bank. Although NetBet processes within the next working day, bank transfers and credit card withdrawals may take longer. For e-wallets, verification with a prior deposit is required.
